- Ensure properties meet regulatory compliance, safety standards, and company-service metrics.
- Coordinate with finance team for budgeting and cost-control of property operations.
- Requirements: Degree in Facilities Management/Engineering/Real Estate, 3-5 years in property operations or facility management.
Property Maintenance Technician
- Provide hands-on maintenance support (electrical, mechanical, plumbing) for properties under management.
- Respond to tenant requests, conduct inspections, ensure preventive maintenance is scheduled.
- Maintain service logs and coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
- Requirements: Technical diploma/degree in Engineering or related field, 1-3 years experience in property/facility maintenance.
