Each passenger is permitted one (1) small personal item, one (1) carry-on bag, and one (1) checked bag. Luggage should not exceed 75 lbs (34kg) and the combined dimensions (length + height + width) should be no more than 62 inches. Any item exceeding these dimensions will be considered oversized and subject to a $30 fee. Luggage must be placed in the designated shuttle storage compartment as directed by our staff. Personal items should fit under the seat in front of you or in the overhead bins. Fees apply for oversized or excess luggage, and space availability is not guaranteed. Failure to declare excess luggage may result in an additional charge or denial of service, based on available space. reLAXsan will not offer refunds or compensation if passengers cannot use the service due to excess or undeclared luggage.

Wheelchairs and strollers are carried free of charge. Please note that bicycles are not allowed on our shuttles.

Weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board, including in passenger luggage.

All luggage should be securely locked and labeled. reLAXsan is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items, nor for any belongings left behind on the shuttle at the end of your trip. It is your responsibility to retrieve your items. If you believe something is missing, please contact us. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity two (2) weeks after collection, regardless of whether the owner has contacted us.
