1. Agreement

By booking with El Nido Coron Charters, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms provided during the booking process.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once:

• payment is received, and

• a booking confirmation is sent to you via email or message.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment through [Bank Transfer / GCash / PayPal / Credit Card / etc.]. Payment details will be provided during booking.

2.3 Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will reflect the price agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellation

• More than 14 days before trip: Full refund (minus processing fees)

• 7–14 days before trip: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days: No refund

(You may customize this policy to your preference.)

3.2 Company Cancellation

We may cancel a booking due to weather, safety, or operational issues. In such cases, you will receive:

• a full refund, or

• a rescheduled trip (subject to availability)

4. Changes & Rescheduling

Changes to itinerary or dates may be allowed based on availability. Additional charges may apply.

5. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for:

• arriving on time at the designated meeting point

• bringing valid IDs (if required)

• adhering to safety instructions

• being responsible for personal belongings

6. Safety & Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove passengers who:

• behave aggressively or disrespectfully

• violate safety rules

• are under the influence of illegal substances

• endanger the crew or other passengers

No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by:

• bad weather

• typhoons or storms

• natural disasters

• government restrictions

• any circumstances beyond our control

8. Liability

El Nido Coron Charters is not responsible for:

• loss or damage to personal items

• injury due to negligence of passengers

• illness or medical emergencies

• delays caused by external factors

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

9. Photography & Media

By joining our charter, you may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in advance.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (images, text, logos) is owned by El Nido Coron Charters. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
